Update

We are no longer observing abnormally long times-to-deliver for SMS's

We will keep monitoring it and provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available

Monitoring

We are experiencing delays delivering SMS via our SMS providers and are currently monitoring the issue.

According to our providers, the issue affects the Bouygues Telecom Network in France.

This issue typically doesn't prevent customers from making purchases with Alma.

We will provide updates as we learn more information.
